Product Overview
Our cast steel container corner castings are manufactured in full compliance with theISO 1161 international standard. These heavy-duty corner fittings are universally installed on the eight corners of shipping containers, modular container houses, and cargo carriage bodies.
In actual application scenarios, modular container houses may only adopt four bottom corner castings for fixed installation, while stationary container units sometimes use four top corners only. For standard and replacement purposes, most customers purchase the complete set of 8 pieces for full structural integrity.

Installation & Application Guide
One standard container requires 8 corner castings in total:
-
Top: 4 pieces (C, D, E, F)
-
Bottom: 4 pieces (2 sets of A & B)
-
Interchangeable: C & E, D & F can be swapped freely
FAQ
1. What is the material of the container corner casting?
Adopts JIS SCW480 standard cast steel, equivalent to domestic ZG20SiMn alloy cast steel, featuring high strength, toughness and anti-fatigue performance for long-term marine and stacking use.
2. What surface coating is applied?
Finished with zinc-rich paint, providing excellent anti-rust, anti-corrosion and weather resistance for outdoor and marine environments.
3. Welding Instructions
Use CO₂ gas shielded welding with double-sided welding. The standard weld thickness is 8mm. One-time welding is recommended. For re-welding, please completely polish off the zinc-rich paint on the welding area first to ensure welding quality and firmness.
