Product Features
This neoprene-based sealant is specially formulated for sealing applications on shipping containers and refrigerated trucks.
It is primarily used to seal welding seams on container wooden floors, doors and corner posts. It also works as caulking material for door & window gaps, expansion joints and peripheral seams.
In addition, it delivers reliable bonding and sealing performance between glass, aluminum alloy, concrete, wood and all types of metal materials.
Application Instructions
Application operation is similar to standard glass glue, easy to handle:
- Mask the edges of target joints with pressure-sensitive tape before gluing to avoid surface contamination.
- Cut the nozzle to your required opening size. For composite paper tube packaging, pierce the inner aluminum foil seal with metal wire or sharp tools.
- Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun, apply sealant continuously and extrude material directly into sealing gaps via the nozzle.
- Smooth the sealant surface within 20 minutes skin-off time. Use bamboo strips dipped in soapy water for even finishing.
- Peel off the masking tape gently within 15 minutes after finishing extrusion.
