Product Feature Details
Each standard container door lock assembly is equipped with 4 sets of ornate/flat handles and 4 sets of matching ornate/flat lock catch plates.
Outer dimensions of standard container handles: 322mm×21mm and 330mm×31.5mm.
Handles are riveted onto the handle base, allowing vertical swing movement to facilitate smooth opening and closing of container doors.
The lock keeper adopts snap-fit or rotary locking structure. The latch tongue engages tightly and precisely with the lock plate. Once fastened, uniform clamping force is applied to the door panel, ensuring tight contact between door and frame and blocking dust, moisture and water ingress.
Operation Instructions
As the core component of container door locking hardware, one end of the handle connects to the handle base and moves vertically. Rotating the handle drives the lock rod to unlock or lock the container door.
The perforated end of the handle pairs with lock plates and catches to form a complete anti-theft locking system. Ornate patterned handles feature ingenious structural design with full functional performance.
Application Scope
Compatible with all standard shipping containers: general dry cargo containers, refrigerated reefer containers, foldable containers, open-top containers.
