Fabricated from 100% virgin raw ABS material to effectively avoid cracking, crazing and fracture damage during long-term service.
This ABS plastic ventilator accessory is mounted on container side walls. The vent cover boasts a smooth flat surface and stable dimensional accuracy. It delivers excellent impact resistance, high toughness and anti-corrosion performance, supporting deep forming processes while featuring flame retardant properties.
Installation Structure
The vent cover is fastened to container side panels via Φ4mm to Φ5mm hollow rivets, with a minimum of 5 rivet joints for each unit. An EPDM synthetic rubber sealing gasket is embedded between the cover and panel joint for full sealing.
Core Functions of Container Vent Cover
Beyond balancing internal and external air pressure inside the container, this vent assembly carries multiple practical functions:
- Ventilate and exhaust gas accumulated inside the container;
- Block moisture contained in exhaust gas to prevent internal corrosion, equipped with vertical drainage channels at the bottom for condensed water discharge;
- Built-in double labyrinth structure inside the housing, avoiding direct air passage through surface holes, eliminating hidden dead space and blocking rainwater ingress;
- Fixed onto side panels with hollow rivets or blind rivets to prevent unauthorized disassembly;
- Surface vent holes measure Φ3mm to Φ5mm. Small calibrated hole size stops contraband from being inserted or removed through the vent.
